DEVDEER, a software company that helps entrepreneurs enable digital transformation, underwent a brand identity redesign based on a new strategy for both the brand and employer brand.

The creative concept "devolution" is used as the basis for the brand identity, representing the brand's software development offer and its vision of the digital revolution. At the heart of the corporate design is a dynamic logo that creatively combines the letter “D” with coding brackets and an arrow pointing forward. This symbol, along with the strong typography and the electric color palette, represents both development and progress, and comes to life in a graphic system throughout the identity. Additionally, a bold communication concept was implemented to break the stigma around developers and showcase their bold and innovative ideas.
